Terms And Conditions
1). COMPATIBLE TONER CARTRIDGE
- We offer 1 to 1 replacement for faulty toners -Based on warranty coverage / within one month.
- Warranty coverage: Manufacturing Defects (if any)
- Toner leakage before peeling off the security seal.
- Printing issues such as blur, black dots, white lines and print shadow due to manufacturing defects [The cartridge (with printout proof and supplies status)
- Invoice/Delivery Order No. must be presented (Proof of Purchase).
- Warranty non-coverage: Abnormal handling / return & misused by customers
- The weight of the remaining toner load is less than 70% compared to a new or unused toner cartridge. (Toner load varies from cartridge models)
- The principal reserve all rights to charge 70% toner usage should there be any exchange take place.
- The toners casing broken (due to transportation) and OPC drum scratched due to miss-handling on customer’s part.
- Toner leakage due to any attempts of refilling exercise on dealers or end-users part.
- The seal was torn (when customer removing it) resulting no toner powder supply from the cartridge.
- Products ordered or supplied from another merchant.
- Products damaged from abuse, misuse, tampering, overcharging, improper installation, neglect, freezing or improper conditioning by customer.
- Removal of any warranty, lot number or serial number markings or stickers
- Toner cartridges technical support & warranty procedures: All toners are to be returned Customer Support Department (CSD) for technical inspection & testing. The response lead time from CSD is 5 working days minimum (excluding public holidays) for toner products.
- Page yield is the estimated number of pages that can be printed with a printer cartridge. The page yield is determined by running tests following the procedure defined by ISO International Organization for Standardization. The actual number of page yield will vary depending on; the toner/ink and coverage of the documents.
2). OEM TONER & INK CARTRIDGES
Warranty for defective OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products will follow the warranty policy of the original manufacturer. We DO NOT provide any return or refund if there is any quality issue regarding OEM products.
- If there is an issue with OEM products we will the send them relevant authorized agents for warranty claims.
- We cannot provide a specific time period for this process as it depends on relevant authorized Agents.
- Page yield is the estimated number of pages that can be printed with a printer cartridge. The page yield is determined by running tests following the procedure defined by ISO International Organization for Standardization. The actual number of page yield will vary depending on; the toner/ink coverage of the documents.
3). PRINTERS & SCANNERS
- For returns and replacements, the invoice must be provided and All the details of the items must match with the invoice.
- This invoice is your warranty card and the warranty period is indicated for items with warranty.
- Signing and accepting this invoice indicates that goods have been accepted in good condition and these terms and conditions are accepted
- Warranty Claims and Acceptance of Sales Goods (Returns) will be based on sales quotation.
- Printers come with demonstration Cartridges and toners. Warranty void if refill or compatible cartridges are used.
- Warranty is provided only on product(S) which are either purchased from NUS Enterprises
- Warranty for the Product(S) is only against any defect in the manufacturer’s material or workmanship, which provide for the repair of the defective product(s)
- The warranty does not cover accessories and consumables, like ink tanks, ink cartridges, ink bottles, maintenance cartridges, print heads, toner
- cartridges and plastic/ aesthetic parts.
- Further, the dying up/clogging/exhaustion of consumables/cartridges/ink tank are not covered under the warranty.
- The warranty does not cover the replacement of the product(s) except for the printers in case it is not repairable.
- Warranty does not cover warranty of functionality of the product(s).
- Warranty does not cover damages caused due events including but not limited to fire or water damage, electrical disturbances etc.
- Warranty does not cover if product is modified, repaired, maintained and or disassembled by a party not authorized by NUS Enterprises damage arising out of unauthorized modification, repair and alteration.
- Warranty does not cover if the product is operated outside the usage parameters stated in the user manual provided with the product;
- Warranty does not cover if Model No. or serial no. sticker or product is removed, mutilated or tampered with.
- Warranty does not cover if any non- original/ counterfeit/Duplicate consumable(s)/cartridges/ink as well as compatibles, refills of consumables is used along with/in the product(s). Any accessory is used other than those supplied by NUS Enterprises and/or its Authorized Dealers
4). ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
- NO Warranty provided for Toner Powders & Stationery items.
- For returns and replacements, the invoice must be provided and all the details of the items must match with the invoice.
- This invoice is your warranty card and the warranty period is indicated for items with warranty.
- Signing and accepting this invoice indicates that goods have been accepted in good condition and these terms and conditions are accepted
- Warranty Claims and Acceptance of Sales Goods (Returns) will be based on sales quotation and Invoice.
- A Defect or Damage Resulting from Accident, Misuse, Abnormal Condition, Improper Storage, Exposure to Liquid, Moisture, Dampness, Sand or Dirt, Neglect, Or Unusual Physical, Electrical or Electro technical Stress.
- Exiting Scratches, Dent and Cosmetic Damage
- Defect Or Damage Resulting from Excessive Force or Use of a Metallic Object When Pressing on A Touch Screen
- Equipment That Has the Serial Number or The Enhancement Data Code Removed, Defaced, Damaged, Altered or Made Eligible
- Ordinary Wear or Tear, Including Battery Degradation.
- Defect Or Damaged Resulting from The Use of Product in Conjunction Or Connection With Accessories, Product Or Ancillary/Peripheral Equipment Furnished Or Approved By Manufacturer.
- Defect Or Damage Resulting from Improper Testing, Operation, Maintenance, installation, Service, Or Adjustment Not Furnished or Approved by Manufacturer, Including but Not Limited to Installation of Unauthorized Software and Unauthorized Root Access, Both of Which Shall Void This Limited Warranty.
PROCEDURE FOR CLAIMING WARRANTY ALL PRODUCTS:
* The Consumer Shall First Inform NUS Enterprises of The Defective Product and Return the Product to NUS Enterprises or Directly Hand It Over to The Authorized Repair If Required
* The Consumer Shall Arrange for The Product to Be Delivered to NUS Enterprises, Bearing Any Expenses Incurred for The Delivery and Transportation to And from NUS Enterprises Back to The Consumer.
* The Consumer will Be Informed and Billed for Any Parts or Labor Charge Involved in Repairing the Defective Product, Having Considered the Condition of The Defective Product and The Term Limited Warranty Are Not Being Met NUS Enterprises Reserves the Right to Accept or Void Warranty for Defective Product.
